Recently we have begun using a bulk email service provided by Constant Contact. Bulk email is normally filtered out of your in-box UNLESS you have registered a sender as a "safe sender"; this means you want to receive the emails they send you, even when they are sent out in a bulk mailing.
We send our Newsletter and weekly Program Reminders to thousands of homeschooling families throughout New England. We don't send our Program Reminders to individual recipients. We use the bulk email provider, Constant Contact because those weekly emails must be sent in bulk in order to reach everybody in a timely manner.
Whether you are a member of this organization or not, we invite you to read our Program Reminders and consider joining us on an FRC Ed-venture. If you are not receiving at least one FRC email a week, it is possible that what we are sending you is being filtered out of your in-box before you actually see it.
In order for you to receive the Program Reminder email, the FRC must be on your 'safe senders' email list. Sometimes that is as simple as making sure our email addresses are in your email address book (frc@frc.info and registrations@frc.info). You might also need to check your SPAM filter settings or your JUNK mail folder. For additional information about 'safe senders' please read below:
How do I put the Family Resource Center on my safe senders e-mail list?
To address the problems of SPAM, many Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and email systems now block or filters email that is not from a "safe sender." Since the FRC Newsletter and weekly Program Reminders will be sent to you exclusively through email, it is very important that you add the frc@frc.info or registrations@frc.info to your list of accepted senders.
